Good Morning Leah!
Today is the beginning of my staycation, and I just did a 10-minute meditation. I really enjoyed it and even shared it with my boyfriend. I also had the chance to read your e-book — it’s amazing! It hits all the right points, is easy to follow, and very encouraging, especially for those who are curious about meditation but don’t know where to begin.
I'm feeling optimistic about some things on the horizon for me, like work and finances, even though I still have a lot to figure out and work through. My goal is to stay focused and incorporate meditation into my daily routine. I'm currently deciding on a meditation altar space and what to include in it. I'm excited!
