When my Mom and chilbest friend passed away, I turned to yoga, meditation, writing and therapy to help me navigate the depression, anxiety and helplessness I felt.

They were such life-altering tools that they became the content I taught to others.

Whether I’m working with one person or 200, I’m present and cultivate a space for us to discover answers together.

1:1 sessions include a combination of coaching, Reiki, psychic readings, mediumship, guided yoga and meditation.
